Co-Founder of Club Cocal, licensed in real estate, insurance, financial planning, and banking compliance, Will Lehr, CAMS, brings a broad and deep portfolio of experience. 

Will has seen numerous real estate markets come to fruition over the years. Places he knew were unique before the crowd had discovered them. Will has invested in and sold real estate over the last 25 years in markets like Charleston, SC, Park City, UT, Austin, TX, and Costa Rica. He is convinced El Salvador is the next undiscovered gem.
